• When your RMA form has been received, Multiwave will send you an e-mail confirmation of receipt.

• If you do not receive a confirmation that we received your request, then please re-send your form or contact POK Customer Service at 410-901-9900.

• Upon approval, an RMA number will be issued within 48hrs. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused by our shipping department. Please mark the RMA number on the shipping label of your package. Mail to:
